Sauteed Chinese Broccoli

Ingredients
1 tablespoon of peanut oil
1 garlic clove, minced
2 packed of Chinese broccoli cut into 2-inch pieces
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Directions
Start by heating the peanut oil in a pan then add the garlic for about a minute then rinse the broccoli under cold water. Add the broccoli to the pan and saute for 5 minutes over high heat until it’s soft or limp.
Add the soy sauce then reduce the heat to low. Cook for about 5 minutes until it’s tender then season with fresh ground pepper.
